Shipping Policy

At Popy Umbrella Mart, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle order processing and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned for updates.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons (e.g., monsoon season).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. You can also track your order directly from your account on Popy Umbrella Mart.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. Popy Umbrella Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building security.
  2. Contact the courier partner directly with your tracking number.
  3. If unresolved, reach out to us at support@popy.in within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

We will investigate and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
