Return & Refund Policy

At Popy Umbrella Mart, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

The item is unused, Do not get wet, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Fill and submit support form with required details.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Upon approval, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using address and instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: Return shipping is covered by Popy Umbrella Mart.
  • Change of Mind / Other Reasons: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, etc.).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. For a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after initiating a return for the original item.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@popy.in.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery.
