At Popy Umbrella Mart, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
The item is unused, Do not get wet, and in its original condition with all tags
and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Fill and submit support form with required details.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Upon approval, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using address and instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Item: Return shipping is covered by Popy Umbrella Mart.
- Change of Mind / Other Reasons: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, etc.).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. For a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after initiating a return for the original item.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@popy.in.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery.
